I forgot my Zen Planner Username and/or password. How do I update it?

Use the "forgot password" button in the app. If that does not work, make sure to check your spam folders for the response. If you cannot locate the email, email us at info@bfpnc.com and we will manually send you the password reset email. Your username will be the email you used the day you signed up.
