We'd love to lock arms to create a bridge between what you are doing in the clinical setting and the lifestyle interventions we provide through nutrition, fitness and health coaching.
We want to invite you in for a free week to see what we do and how we can work together to empower health in our community.
This week is designed for beginners and people looking to give functional fitness a try. Whether you've been exercising for a long time or you are looking to get back into a routine, we'd love for you to join us for as many sessions as you'd like between May 17th - 23rd, 2025

Healthcare Appreciation Week At Breakaway Fitness is open to anyone in the office (doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, assistants, front desk and billing staff). Beginners are welcome - no experience required.
