5 Medicine Ball Exercise Variations For Athletic Development

Branching off my most recent blog about training with medicine balls for athletic development, I wanted to show you a few of my favorite ones we do at BFP! Yes, they do seem simple and yes I do add variety to these throws. How, you may ask? Well, I can put the athlete into different positions (kneeling, split stance, standing) and I also can make the exercise more dynamic by making the athlete shuffle or step into the throw. Aside from being fun, these throws are beneficial ONLY if the athlete puts everything they got into them.
